Alasdair Fraser

Eric Bogle
An internationally known folksinger, originally from Peebles, Scotland. Born in 1944, he spent his first twenty five years in Scotland. In 1969 he emigrated to Australia first settling in Canberra. He eventually trained, and worked as an accountant, then in 1980 became a full time folk singer. Eric currently lives near Adelaide, South Australia. Frankie Gavin
Frankie Gavin has been playing Irish traditional music since the age of four when he started on the tin whistle. At the age of seven he made his debut television appearance on Irish TV and had appeared on American television by the age of nine. Jacqui McShee's Pentangle
Formed in 1967, The Pentangle was inspired by 'Bert and John', a collaborative album by folk musicians Bert Jansch and John Renbourn. Vocalist Jacqui McShee, an established figure on the traditional circuit, who had been working with John for a year and had appeared on his album 'Another Monday' then joined.
